Limited Warranty
All Sunset Decks Inc. products carry a one
year limited warranty against defects through installation and workmanship.
Our treated southern pine materials carry a direct-from-the-mill
lifetime warranty against damage by insects or rot due to water
damage. The cover of your choice carries a manufacturer warranty
that is specific to your product choice.

If left unprotected, all wood products will
change color over time as they weather due to exposure to
sunlight and other elements. Also, as the wood dries it will
shrink a little and sometimes warp, cup, or change shape.
This is a normal characteristic of wood.
We do recommend treating your deck with either a water sealant
or tinted stain. This will help preserve your deck for years
to come. You will need to wait 2-5 weeks for the wood to dry
some before applying any product. |
